Women make up most of the global health workforce, yet remain underrepresented in leadership roles across health technology. As AI is designed, trained, and governed now, digital health needs leaders who reflect the people these tools are meant to serve.
Women are roughly 70% of the health workforce, but hold less than 15% of leadership roles.
In health technology, women hold just 10-15% of executive positions. GLOW helps close that leadership gap by building the relationships, visibility, and support women need to shape digital health from the inside.
The people delivering health services are not proportionately represented in the rooms where digital health decisions are made.
AI systems are being shaped today. Their design and governance must more fully represent users, patients, communities, and frontline health workers.
